Just Call Me Marathon Man

Posting has been quite difficult over the last week and will slow down for a while as I recover from dealing with a cracked tooth that became infected.  Fortunately, in the process of placing a temporary crown, it did not require a root canal (at least not now).  Unfortunately, the area became infected and caused the joints in my jaw to become quite inflamed.  Even after treatment, it’s still hard to open my mouth – now, some might call that advantageous 🙂

As I try to get caught up on projects, posting frequency may slip.  I hope to provide an update on some porting efforts underway with Degrafa in the near future.

For those who actually understand the title of this post, I’m taking bets on how many comments until someone asks, ‘is it safe?’  🙂

  1. Oh, don’t worry. I’m not going into that cavity. That nerve’s already dying. A live, freshly-cut nerve is infinitely more sensitive. So I’ll just drill into a healthy tooth until I reach the pulp.

That is unless, of course, you can tell me that it’s safe.
